Ready-made tools

The chores, handed off.

AI tools I designed and piloted with two small businesses, Ash & Pine Construction and Game Face Performance. Built on the software you already pay for and trained on how you actually talk.

Ready-made tools

Built with real owners. Installed in a week.

Each one came out of a pilot with a small business. They run on software you already pay for, in your voice, and nothing goes out without your approval. Pilot means it's running with a real client. In build means it's coming next.

Free

Tone of Voice

A short interview that turns how you actually talk to customers into a voice file every other tool reads from. Yours to keep. It's where every install starts, so it's free.

Pilot · Ash & Pine

Voice EA

An executive assistant the owner talks to.

On the drive

The owner talks through a job from the truck. It files the tasks, notes and client update to the right project.

On estimates

A voice note or photo of the job gets priced against the owner's own catalog, so the 9pm estimate becomes a 9am review.

On the phone · in build

A work line that texts back. It drafts replies, logs calls and books walk-throughs, and the owner approves every message.

Pilot · Ash & Pine

Review engine

Asks for the Google review at handoff, in the owner's voice and on a schedule. Unhappy customers go to the owner first.

Running · my 4 brands

The Community Post

The social media dump. The owner sends voice notes, photos or a whole folder. It writes captions in their voice and queues a month of posts for approval.

Pilot · Game Face

Content repurposing

Takes a podcast episode or a book chapter and cuts out posts, emails and a lead magnet in the author's voice.

Social tools

Run on every post before it's queued.

Ready now

The quality filter

Scores each post 0 to 10 on seven value checks, quotes the weakest line, then rewrites until it passes. It's tuned to each business's ideal reader.

Ready now

Hook engine

Writes opening lines from a business's audience, its proof and the words its customers actually use, across 12 proven patterns. Every hook is scored and cut to fit the platform, and it never invents a number or a story.

Tools we already use

Nothing exotic. Just wired together.

The work is in the connections and the instructions, not in buying something new.
