Custom Teardown
Hands on. I follow one real job start to finish, score every chore by how often it happens and how much it hurts, then build the tool for the one that hurts most. Most of the ready-made tools came out of a Teardown.
Starts every engagement
Before building anything, I look at how a business shows up online and who it's losing jobs to. It comes back as one designed report with a ranked list of fixes.
Checks how a site ranks on Google and whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers bring it up. Ends in a fix-now, this-quarter, bigger-bets roadmap.
Who's competing for the same customers right now, what they do well, where they fall short and the specific moves that beat them.
Reads what real customers say on Google, Yelp, Reddit, YouTube and forums - what frustrates them, what delights them and what they'll pay more for, in their own words.
Scores the last 90 days of a business's Instagram and turns what worked into hook formulas, a caption blueprint and a 30-day plan of ready-to-post ideas.
In their words
"Sarah has an incredible talent for truly understanding my business and identifying what it needs to operate more effectively. She breaks down complex processes into clear, manageable steps that make sense and are easy to implement. What sets her apart is how intentional and thoughtful she is in developing solutions that streamline operations, close gaps, and create greater efficiency throughout my business. Equally impressive is how quickly she turns ideas into action, moving from strategy to execution with remarkable speed and precision."

Three weeks. One tool, built, installed and measured. A private client workspace with everything we made.
Talk about this →Three weeks plus two more tools from the bench, on the same foundation.
Talk about this →Monthly. Keep the tools tuned as the business changes, add one a quarter, and the social manager keeps posting.

Most small businesses I work with land between $100 and $250 a month in tools: Claude or ChatGPT at about $20, a work line like Quo at $15 to $30, Metricool for social at $20 to $50, plus whatever you already pay for your website and books. The Teardown is priced by package; the first conversation is free, and I'll tell you if the tools alone would get you there.
Mostly no, and I'd rather say so up front. Apple doesn't let outside tools read or send iMessages, and Notes and Reminders are closed too. That's exactly why the work line matters: business texts go through a number tools can see, so the text-back, the transcripts and the follow-ups all work, and your personal iMessage stays yours. For Apple-only steps we use Shortcuts where it helps and look outside the box for the rest.
I watch one real job go start to finish, find where your time leaks, and build the thing that stops the leak. Three weeks, and you end with a working tool, not a report.
No. The goal is to remove busywork, not people.
No. If you can send a voice memo, you can run everything we build. Week three is me watching you use it on a real job and fixing whatever made you hesitate.
In a private client workspace on this site, with a sign-in just for you: the research, the plan, the playbooks for each tool, and where things stand. Ashley and Grant each have one.
Hello friend
A few quick things so I can look at your business before we talk. I read every one myself.
I'll take a look at your business and be in touch within a couple of days.
